Staff were friendly and helpful and checked with every passenger if they needed help with transfers and how to get to their accomodation. Check in was easy and luggage was stowed safely.

The boat was delayed due to lack of fuel and oil and the drivers didnt speak english so we wern’t informed about anything during the trip, until one of the passengers translated for us!

Unfortunately the boat was late and very crowded. The journey took two hours instead of 30 minutes. I see and have great respect for the work the staff does. Organising the luggage and organising the people getting on and off board.
