The driver from Surat Thani to Phuket airport got angry at a girl for wanting to check that her bag was in the car. He yelled at her and kept bringing it up as he was driving. He was driving at 130km per hour and on his phone. He also got angry when one passenger asked if he could go to the toilet. There was also an incident with a passenger lighting a cigarette at a petrol station. The passenger definitely did the wrong thing but again the driver became abusive by yelling at him. It was definitely a language barrier problem but the driver could get assistance with staying calm. His behaviour was not appropriate.

I booked a transfer from Phangan to Phuket Airport, and everything went perfectly! There were convenient stops along the way for food and restroom breaks. The transport was comfortable, with good air conditioning and cozy seats. A special mention to the driver – he was cheerful and had a great sense of humor, which made the trip even more enjoyable. I asked if we could arrive on time as per my ticket, and although he initially doubted it, we ended up arriving exactly on time, down to the minute! Huge thanks for that. Overall, everything was well-organized, smooth, and hassle-free. Highly recommend!

Connections was super fluid, the bus driver was nice, he let us out on Phuket main road to airport. Only problem was, that he was driving super fast, it was throwing us left, right, up and down. So if you have bad stomach sit upfront or don't go on a ride with them. And take some silver tape with you, so you can cover up air flow, it was freezing in some point 😀 Seat have 3 USB outlets and 1 usb-C.

Everything was perfect until Our transfer from Phuket to Patong. The driver insisted that we didn’t pay for the transfer to Patong when it stated it on the ticket and demanded more money from us. Luckily I rang 12go and they sorted it out for me before he was going to leave us on the side of the road.
