The ferry was nice and quiet although when getting off the ferry I was directed to the wrong place to get the bus and nearly missed it, I was put onto a small bike to take me to the correct place… difficult with a 25kg rucksack and a small hand luggage. The bus was over crowded and no comfort what so ever! In my experience don’t book the 11 to 6.30 kph Phangan to Phuket if o could I would pay extra for a smoother transit being a van or private taxi if more than 1 person! The. Turned up 90 mins late, great experience 🙄

Took much longer than promised! Bus ride was not comfortable. Worst part was that for deboarding the ferry it was necessary to go down narrow stairs with our luggages.

Ferry: smooth sailing, on time, AC. Bus: chaotic, cramped, took a 20 min break every hour, took several wrong exits requiring several u-turns, arrived 2.5h late.

Timeframe quoted totally unrealistic. Standard traffic and were 2.5 hours later than expected ETA. Stopped 30 mins into the journey for a 15min rest (closer to 25) that seemed unnecessary. Paid for transfer from Phuket bus station to Patong but was given no clear communication how we’d be collected. Bus driver tried to assist by making two calls to transfer van driver, who said he was coming, waited over 30 mins.Then a random driver took us, but weren’t sure we were being scammed to pay at the end. We weren’t, but was not comforting and not seamless.
