Very clear check in at the pier - they give you a sticker to help show staff where you are going so they can point you to correct transfer, and clear photo/marker on where to meet the bus after the ferry. Bus ran on time and driver friendly. One stop about 25 mins in at dedicated services then 2.5 hours straight in bus. Bumpy road but that’s not company fault.

All according the contracted. All in time. After our bad experience the day before with the night ferry (It did not appear without any notification), this reservation (after not night ferry was OK)

Herded where we needed to go! It's all very well organised, we were even able to arrange a transfer to our accomodation in Ao Nang for 150b each when we checked in at Ko Phangan. Really happy with everything :)

I would give 1 star but the minivan had nice wheels that's it. Van was overcrowded with laugage stuck in between our seats. On other hand driver was really polite. I thing that's the joys of traveling in Thailand.

Decent service. Van wasn’t a bus as expected, but a tiny van which was very hot and cramped. We stopped a half hour in for a service break before continuing the 3 hour drive to Krabi. Boat service great!

The driver was Smoking a joint and was high while driving. We were driving really fast. He also stopped 3 times for people to get a snack. And the Trip included a dropoff at the hotel. The driver asked us to pay an additional 100 Baht and Said that the „normal“ stop is at the bus station. The next time I would rather choose the option to drive in a bigger bus without hotel dropoff. The space in the van was not very comfortable. All in all we arrived at our hotel with a big headache and were very stressed out because of this whole van ride.
