Joyce RThe Ferry was great and well organized, but the bus ride took a long time. After the Ferry arrived we had to wait almost two hours before our bus could depart (waiting for other ferries to arrive). The bus did one stop after half an hour driving and then 3 hours without any stops.

Florian FQuite on time. After arriving with the ferry we had to wait an hour until we could board the bus, 20 minutes after we started there was a twenty minute food stop, which nobody really needed.
All in all the trip was comfy if a little too long. We were 45-50 minutes behind schedule - not because of traffic but unnecessary breaks.
Bus journey wasn’t a mini van but a bus, which stopped very central in Krabi Town.

Laura annoying you have to exchange your ticket before the boat (get there early!) but boat was great.. lots of waiting around between buses.. dropped at hostel was a massive plus!! take snacks and portable charger as no plugs for 9hrs

Christian The Bus does Not Stopp in Krabi Bus Terminal. He Stoppt in a Private Taxi Station far away Fromm the Bus Terminal,.
My privat Bus Shuttle stay at the Bus Terminal. I stay there 1 Hour.

Julius BThe ride with the ferry was on time and comfortable. However, the bus from the pier to Krabi didn't stop at the Krabi bus terminal (as expected), but somewhere else in town where there were a lot of pushy taxi drivers offering to bring people to their hotels. All in all an ok experience, but it would be great to be dropped at the place written on the booking confirmation.

Angela KThe Ferry was very comfortable with air condition inside and possibity to buy snacks and beverage, calm and punctual arrive. The van was fast, we arrived 1.5 hours earlier and it had comfortable seats, nice driver.

Camila The trip on the ferry is a bit uncomfortable, especially if you have a suitcase, you have to climb a large staircase without anyone to help you. Then when you arrive in surathani they wait for you in an old but comfortable bus and I had to change the bus (the trip was not direct and that delays). The other bus was smaller but comfortable.
