The process of boarding and luggage pick up was really bad.

Organisation problems and lack of information to passengers. Our ship was late for more then 2 hours. It happens. The problem was the always said it was coming in 30 minutes. We could have waited at our hotel our at the beach instead of the boiling sun. Here is a tip. Just show the a picture of the ferry and say to them, when you see it arriving, please come back to the meeting point. Seat where I was sitting had gum and I hat to throw away my t-shirt.

I LIKED THE FERRY, GOOD THEY PUT ON MOVIES AND COLD. ALOT OF PEOPLE AND IT TOOK MAYBE OVER 2 HOURS. NO WOORIES OUT ON THE SEA WITH WAWES ETC.

Staff are rude, They took my passport and said they’ll give it back to me on the boat - not clear on when and it was THE most unsecured way of giving them back to people - yelling the name of the country your from and handing you ALL the passports from that country to find yours. Very unprofessional. When I complained about this they said “well don’t get on our boat”. Use any other service if you don’t want to risk losing your passport and possibly life as the boat has no clear exits if it was sinking and saw no life jackets.

They completely ruined our luggage, throwing it around and stacking everything on top of each other with no consideration what so ever. We arrived late at destination and the boat ride was not pleasant.

The boat was 60 mins late, wasn’t informed about this and was just stood in a line for over an hour. The check in states you have to be there 2 hours before but doesn’t open till 90 mins before. Was absolute chaos
