Ka PDriver has no simple briefing of how n where l to pick up ferry ticket after drop off at pier. Late pick up 15 mins. is ok, but looping back to airport in heading to pier is tiring.

Emily We left the airport early since everyone had already checked in, and maybe because of that we arrived to the port about 30 mins early. Arriving at the port/ferry was a bit chaotic but it all worked out and we made it to Koh Lipe right around 1pm, as advertised. At one point the driver suggested we'd get to Koh Lipe at about 3pm because the ferry would make multiple stops, but that didn't happen. I don't know if we just got lucky or not.

Selvakumar Terrible service. Instead of a joint van we had to travel on a big dirty and uncomfortable bus. The speedboat stopped on the way to ko lipe without asking the guests if they want to stop. Or explaining why we have to stop in case there is a reason.
