The worst, bad customer service and policy.unacceptable experience. The total behavior from the customer service and policy is bad!!! We asked to change or cancel our tickets one day before our travel because we booked wrong date and we bought new tickets, and you never do that !! You just care to took our money like amatures and like chip and unprofessional company. To bad this the first time that happen in my journey life !! I don't recommend your services and your site, to now one for sure.

Don't like that the webdite automatically had a checkmark for a covid insurance. 500 extra baht. I did get a refund, but it's a hassle. Also we put in child, the price was full fare, when it is supposed to be half. Still waiting on my refund for that, it's been a week now
