it’s a good way to get to Koh Tao. We booked the VIP package. We were almost on time I think we left 20 min later which is totally fine. The staff was really unfriendly and partly a little rough even. The snack box contained a small juice package and a muffin, which was fine. The bus was pretty old and a lot of stuff was broken. I for example could lift the foot part of the chair. But the seats recline really far that the position to sleep in is decent. The ride to the ferry was quite good and smooth. On the pier we had to wait for 2 hours which was aweful when you haven’t slept on the bus, otherwise I think it’s ok.. but there were some other buses that came 20 min earlier before the ferry departed, I guess that’s a little nicer (too me). Over all it was an average experience.

The best part was the bus leaving from Khao San road! Food coupon wasn't included with the ticket like others. However, the food court was nice and also the overall journey was comfortable.

everything went great no problems, staff was super nice and bus was great as well time flew by. we got a bottle of water in the bus. everything and everyone was on time we even left 15 min early

I mean, it was a great experience in how punctual and smooth the trip was. VIP bus was extraordinarily comfy, spacious, and we even got a little yummy snack. Everything was on time, but the ferry... Qe took a pill before and still had to hold ourselves back from vomiting for the last 30mins.

For how it turned out it was alright, but I thought it was an overnight ferry from close to Bangkok, not a 7 hour busdrive to Chumphon then a high speed ferry.
