Nice, clean and comfortable bus that left on time and arrived slightly earlier than planned. Seats were very comfortable and had a USB charge port. Great experience!

BKK to Koh Tao, VIP, night bus: If you're tall, avoid seat A1 like the plague. I (1,73) arrived there too early, got the first single seat and suffered the whole way because there's virtually no leg space and it seems like it reclines less than the others. I would look at the people next to me and they were able to lay down comfortably. Also, every annoying thing that made the trip less enjoyable was committed by fellow travelers, not the company itself (eating smelly foods in front of the do-not-eat sign, using phones without headphones like caveman discovering a new technology, ignoring the use of deodorant in a hot country, and so on). We left on time and arrived at 5am. Then waited till 7 for the catamaran. Made it to Koh Tao at 9am.

Coach was amazingly comfortable, loads of space on the vip - def recommend- on time and efficient and you even get a snack box! The crossing to Kho Tao was Organised chaos is the best way to describe it. Weather was pretty bad. The staff did their best and cases distributed at each stop well. So busy at the port, on the boat and getting off at Koh Tao. Be prepared is all I can say!

actually good service and good drive, as always freezing cold so take a sweater!! they have you blankets so the combinazion will keep you warm. just thw staff at khao san road was so incredibly mean, i came with my family kindly asking if we can check in, and the guy looked at my father and partner and asking for the tickets. they looked at me saying „she got everything“. he looked at them again ignoring me completely, standing in front of him, smiling and showing the tickets. and again „please show me the ticket“ to the men. at this point i got kinda mad but still said politely „sorry? i got everything“ and got ignored again. idk why sexism is so okay for him/ them. finally after everyone going silent and waiting for him to stop being an idiot, he harshly took my phone saying „come back in an hour, you can’t leave your luggage here“. we came back an hour later, the room was files with luggage? such a weird experience but the drive was good

The only downpoint was that they seated us at the back of the bus in the corner. My height is 1.84 m so my head came against the roof. But the assistant driver was kind enought to let us sit in the front. And the bus can also depart an hour later to not wait so much for the ferry haha. But the comfort was very good. We slept good. I wasnt disappointed that i didnt go with the plane
