Checked in over an hour early, they weigh you luggage then sit it outside until the bus arrives. went smoothly, fans inside made the waiting bearable. (limited seating inside) glad we checked in early because an hour before departure it was so packed and chaos… Bus was pretty dirty on surfaces (lingering smell of toilet- sat upfront and was not noticeable) seats were very comfortable and we were able to get good sleep. Wait an hour for ferry, ferry boarding went smoothly- comfortable seats, clean toilets, fans. Delayed arrival due to ferry stopping at another island with no notice?… Staff could be more clear at times, overall good experience.

I really liked how well organized everything was without big delays. I found the seats not really comfortable to sleep, because I have a little longer legs. Still I'm glad I got to Koh Tao for that price.

I’ve enjoyed the trip. We’ve arrived 30-40 mins late, the boat made a stop to get some boxes. The bus was comfortable (maybe the only thing that the air conditioning stopped working after 30 minutes ride), toilets in the bus were clean and the boat was amazing.

I left Bangkok at 6 am with a bus. The bus was quite empty so I had plenty of room for myself. The seat declined and a bad night slept before was truly a wonderful combo! Got good sleep and when we arrived to the harbour I was feeling good. The ferry ride went really quickly and there was toilets and a little shop in it.
