Maksym MThe bus is 1,5hs late, no sign, no explanation. No seat number. The driver is rude. The bus is not as on a picture. Instead of big comfy bus we got tiny minivan, where none of us tall Europeans ever felt comfortable. No legroom at all, so we slouched all the way there, 3,5hs. The driver was stressful, unnecessary fast and reminded us more is Mad Max married Fast Furious and they had a crippled child.

Linda IThe bus was so tiny. I’m not a big person but could barely fit in the seat. Also, is was very bumpy the whole ride. When we arrived at Ban Phe where the boats are to take us over to Koh Samet, the people stressed the hell out of us. I had to go to the pharmacy 1 minute away from the check in counter and they said the boat doesn’t leave before 15 minutes, but one minute later they rushed us to the boat. They drove us on a scooter to the pier where the boat was, and when we got dropped off they asked us to “hurry hurry hurry”. It was not a great arrival, felt super stressed for no reason at all.

Daniel LWe left 1.5 hours too late. Shortly before departure, all the luggage was suddenly placed in the aisle so that 5 huge boxes of freight could be taken along. The seats were cramped and there was no legroom, especially because of the luggage in the aisle.
The driver did not announce a break, just walked off and nobody knew what to do.

Wayne RAt Ekkamai, the bus attendant tried putting me on a later bus after I already boarded. It seemed like the bus was overbooked and she wanted to keep a group of 3 together at my expense. I declined and continued on my trip. Everything else went well after i started my route.

Willard DThe service was on time. The vehicle pictured was not the vehicle used. The minibus was cramped. I chose this company because the bus looked comfortable, it was NOT.
On the way to the pier the driver was tailgating a number of cars and blowing his horn at them. It was unnecessarily aggressive. I didn't like that the bus made extra stops. I didn't see where this was mentioned. I wouldn't have chosen this company if I had known it made multiple stops.

Brigitte MWas oké. Could certainly travel with it.
The things which could be better: half an hour late, toiletstop after one client asked, brakes were making so much noise, no English speaking anywhere.
