Smooth sailing! Arrived 10 minutes before departure because of BKK traffic. Hopped on the bus, which was pretty modern. Everything went very smooth. You get bottle of water and a cupcake when you get on the bus and you stop half way for sanitary stop.

Very convenient service from start to finish. While you're travelling to Koh Chang, it takes around 5 hours to reach the pier in Trat from Bangkok, and then you'll have at most an hour boat ride. There is a 10-minute break on the road for toilet necessities. So, if you think you'll need something to eat, just pack it with you.

The trip went smoothly overall. However, we were only informed at the ferry transfer check-in point that our hotel would not be reached directly. We had to walk over 400 meters through a rocky area with our suitcases. Had we known this in advance, we would have arranged a pickup service ourselves. This was a very unpleasant surprise that really affected our experience with Boonsiri, especially since they had promised hotel drop-off if the hotel was within the covered area on the island (and ours was).

Well organized, left on time and the bus was in a good condition, the driving super good. We had to wait a bit for the ferry and arrived about 2h later than the estimation but would definitely recommend this for a all-organized transfer from Bangkok to Koh Chang.

They claim to need 5,5 hours for the whole trip from BKK to Koh Chang. But this is only a part of the journey, the ferry plus island transfer to the hotel on Koh Chang is included in the price but not in the calculated time. It takes about another 1,5 hours. By that they seem to be faster than the other companies, but in fact they aren‘t. Plus the bus driver let us wait for about 25 minutes in the bus at the pier without telling us what’s going on after saying „just one minute“. This is unnecessary and annoying. Overall the trip was ok and brought me to my hotel.
