The booking on internet really easy but the information to find the check in office is not good. The problem is that in Padang Bai some bad guys tell us that the boat was canceled and try to bring us to another office to buy a New ticket with another compagnie. You have to be more clear sending the localisation exact of the office in order that people can feel secure. Australian, french, american, lot of person were really anxious and feel angry because if that. You have also to give information about the 10k taxes from the port + 20k for gili. After that horrible hour passed, then everything is ok. The service on board very nice (they help with luggage... )

We did the transfer from the hotel to the harbor with GEDE TIAS from Tag MAGIR TRANS BALI He was very friendly and more than on-time at the hotel, as we left the hotel 20min before we had the boat 1 hour before and then one more hour in Nusa Penida :-) Thanks to him Fab
