The driver Prandandika Arya was excellent. He contacted us beforehand to make sure he knew the location and we knew the pick up time. Then he sent a message with his location so we knew when he would arrive and the vehicle was very clean

Very good service, the driver was very helpful got us to the pier in perfect timing and also walked us to pick up our ticket from the kiosk and then to the correct part of the port to catch our boat

My trip did not happen as duo to plane engine issue my arrival delayed for 26 hours….i had to cancel the trip in 16 hours before trio, of course without refund but i did want me people to be waiting. 12go Asia cancelled but sis not notified drivers etc. driver was waiting me outside and provided his status in whatsup inwas not be able to reply as was in plane . Overall seems good service.
