Just 10 min later but that‘s not so bad. The ferry ride was comfortable. The fastboat is modern and you feel safe through the ride. The port in Kusamba is not the best. They remove all the toiletpaper from the toilets. On the outside there is a little girl, running around and sell tissues for 20k rp. So not the worst scam. Toilets aren‘t clean eather. The waiting area is ok. But check-in was very uncomplicated. Maybe 2 minutes and it was done. So overall 4 stars.

Too bad the actual time of leaving wasn't correct, so we had to wait 1,5 hour for our boat. Rest was very good. Cabincrew was very helpful and kind. Boat ride was comfortable.

Adit, our driver was really great. Kept us on time, very responsive, and very friendly. The boat took a little time to board, and we ended up getting a bit stuck when docking in Nusa Penida, but this was pretty minor.

Our boat had engine problems and we had to wait 2 hours for another one. That wouldn’t be such a big problem, we understand that these things can happen, but as a replacement boat, they provided us with speed boat from a different company. We deliberately chose a more expensive, larger boat from Eka Jaya because of safety so that we wouldn’t have to take a speed boat. Because of that we were expecting similar boat to the original one we had booked. If I had known, we could have saved 500,000 rupiahs.
