I chose this service because the description gave me the impression that I would be picked up from my hotel (Ibis, near the pier). I sent an email to confirm but didn’t get a timely response, so I called the supplier directly. The lady I spoke with was helpful and assured me that I would be picked up at 10:30 AM. However, later that evening, I received an email from 12Go stating that I wouldn’t be picked up after all. To avoid missing my connection, I took a cab to the pier — only to receive a call at 10:35 AM saying that my pickup was ready. The entire experience was stressful, especially since I had a flight to catch. It felt like the listing may have been a direct advert and not fully transparent about the logistics.

We did not leave on time but we were only approximately 1 hour behind schedule so not too bad. Apart from that, easy to book, helped to get on and off the boat and a smooth sailing.

The staff on the pier were efficient and friendly. And the crew on the boat were professional, however we left 30 minutes late and the boat was making a strange noise causing us to stop in a couple of occasions. We got to our destination fine, it was just a bit uneasing.
