The staff on the pier were efficient and friendly. And the crew on the boat were professional, however we left 30 minutes late and the boat was making a strange noise causing us to stop in a couple of occasions. We got to our destination fine, it was just a bit uneasing.

The ride was on time, as described, and I appreciated the hotel transfer. My only feedback is the operator who greeted us tried to tell us we had the wrong day and would need to stay over and go tomorrow. In the end, he was joking. But bot funny to us is a foreign country and we felt made fun of.

They were a little late on time picking us up from the hotel (I wish that we would have been given a window I.e. 9-9:30 pickup time). But everything else was great.

The process of getting on the boat is easy, no hassle but I only had a backpack with me. They were on time and the ride was smooth. My issue is with the boat itself. It was one of the bigger boats, the inside looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since it first sailed. I also saw a cockroach and bug - grossed out I moved to the outer deck upstairs. Also the air conditioning was not functioning properly so it was HOT inside. The return boat was smaller and seemed cleaner with good air conditioning so it’s really hit or miss depending on which boat you get that day. They don’t refund at all either.
