Depature was 1 hour late for a Trip which was advertised to be the express option (1 hour 15 min) turned into almost 2,5 hours with an unplanned boat change and some random “Pier fee” we had to pay on the spot before departure. When we booked the trip and got the confirmation. The pick up point for the Van transfer was very unspecific. There was no location or address provided. Just “Ao Nang meeting point” which is not a widely known location or generally known place for such pick ups. So we had to research a lot and hope we are in the right spot for pick up in the morning. Customer service of 12Go did not manage to help as they answered our request half day after we had taken the trip. Not ideal at all!

Couldn't make the trip - tried to change dates but not allowed as was only a day before the sailing, so had to buy new tickets for the date we needed

I was amazed how efficient what appeared like a confusing pier/boat/tourists situation turned out to be very simple and so many helpful people. Make sure we got on the right boat at the right time, the seats were comfortable. The view was amazing and overall very pleasant ferry ride.
