Booking was easy, arrival at the port office was somewhat chaotic but our driver was on it and got us to the right office. Once booked in it was down to the larger holding area till the boat docked with more disorganised chaos so people kept asking the port staff if it was their turn. No communication with the ferry meant they couldn’t update on when it would arrive. Once on board the crossing was smooth and comfortable. Dolphins off the starboard side shortly after leaving port.

Harbor tax was 30.000 rupies per person There were people who grabbed your bag, and then waited for tips. Bad experience Boat was 1.5 hour late, not comfortable.

We left half an hour late for no reason. The seats are not designed for anyone taller than 1.80m, so it was very uncomfortable.

After readinga lot of reviews from a lot of companies, we finally decided to travel with GiliGetaway. The boat is not so big, so maybe if the weather is not good, the wind is strong, and the waves are high, it's not a good choice. But we had very good weather, everathing went fine. They were very friendly, communicated very well through WhatsApp. They evwn have transfer opportunities from your hotel, if you feel like it. We departed from Serangan, which is a small harbour. Their office there is really nice, not too crowded, they treated us very well. All in all, I recommend them.

No problem on board. We had snacks, water and a freshs towel to refresh ourselves. The see was calm so there was no problem at all. Recommand!
