Boat kept slamming against the waves on the way there and a lot of people were sick. You couldn’t use the toilet and all you could smell was cigarette smoke from above the whole time. Ekajaya cancelled the boats the next day so we had a horrific journey back via Lombok which took around 12 hours. Trying to get a refund via 12go but no response.

My departure was delayed so that the new timings did not fit with my schedule and I preferred being refund. I was transfered from the Golden Queen Fastboat company to Bookaway, then from Bookaway to 12Go and since more than 1 week now, after having written more than 10 mails and sent all the documents and discussions copies, I still do not have ANY answer. I ask you to answer me for the refund. If not I will refer to my lawyers and diffuse all the contents to my social medias. It is crazy to be considered like that. I am very unsatisfied.

I bought the tickets, then the company told me the ferry was full so they need to cancel the tickets. 12go did not refund me the money and they do not reply to my emails although I sent to them the evidence of the Company cancelling my tickets

Bought a ticket to Gili Air. Had 2 Stops on the other gilis so that we were one Hour Late. The Trip was a Bit shaky but Overall comfortable and Safe.

We've travelled to Gili T many times but this time was by far the best. Boat was new, not overly crowded, air con was working, seats comfortable with plenty leg space. We departed on the dot and arrived 15 minutes earlier. The price was unbeatable at 250k each way. We were expecting the usual chaos and got pleasantly surprised. We will definitely travel again with Ganggari.
