Truly a bad experience. Bus was late around 1hour for a trip of 2hours… 50% of delay for a week end is huge. Cannot be acceptable: it does not demonstrate the seriousness of the company. I will not recommend it.

The ticket bought online was not an e-ticket so we had to queue up at the ticket counter. An information about that upfront would've been nice. The bus was only okay, the seats could've been more comfortable. The bus left almost 20 minutes late for no obvious reason.
