They change the platform of the bus leaving without any sign as announcement was made in local language. At the last minute, I could hear a resemblance pronounciation of my name on the speaker. So I thought they must be paging for me. Luckily the platform was changed from 13 to 14. So I happened to ask personnel at platform 14 and yes indeed I was supposed to board the 'KKK' bus. I booked 'Billion Stars'! And again the bus arrived KL late by 45 minutes.
