Extremely comfortable, driver was friendly, on time. However, instead of being dropped at the Estedia hotel (which was on the ticket as final destination), we were dropped at the Melaka Sentral and had to take another bus ourselves.

The commanding chauffeur must go to Thailand for a communication training. And on the trip that last at least four hours we didn't even get a bottle of water. 😕 The lady in the check-in was kind and helpful although.
