Gemma LWe booked a bus/coach for a more roomy ride over a mini bus as a family of 4 with small children. The transport was late we left nearly 50 minutes after departure time. A mini bus arrived and we were told this was our transport. Obviously the roads in Cambodia are unfinished so a big portion of the journey was extremely bumpy- not the fault of the company.
In the office whilst waiting we were not given information regarding the change of vehicle - just told it was late due to another passenger.
