The bus was very comfortable and the conductor was polite and professional. Expect to walk and line up at both embassies. Bread and coffee was provided at the start. Lunch was also served.

My friend got pulled out at the Border because the idiot forgot to book a flight out of Thailand and on the way from the border to Bangkok we got a flat tire but everything was handelt soo well by the stewardess chloe. She was really nice and made the whole experience fun instead of annoying. The Bus is good and comfy as well, has a toilet, a caffee station and lots of usb charging ports would give 6/5 if i could

The journey from Siem Reap to Bangkok, which takes about 8 hours, was surprisingly comfortable and enjoyable. It actually felt short, something I didn’t expect for such a long trip. From the very beginning, Meng, our main guide for the day, was incredibly attentive to every detail. Always smiling, always kind, and constantly making sure everyone was taken care of. I truly want to thank him for his amazing dedication, warmth, and energy throughout the entire day. It was an absolute pleasure to be guided by him. When it came time to cross the border from Cambodia into Thailand, Meng walked us through every step, making the whole process clear, smooth, and fast. A helpful note: entering Thailand from Cambodia is free and does not require a visa, whereas entering Cambodia from Thailand had cost me 30 dollars. Meng made sure everyone was doing well and that things moved along in the best way possible. Every part of the journey is well thought out. Cold drinks, breakfast, and lunch are provided. There are bathroom stops, the seats are spacious and comfortable, and the vehicle has air conditioning, power outlets, USB ports, and Wi-Fi. There were no unnecessary delays at any point. Everything was fast, well coordinated, and we even arrived ahead of schedule. The service is absolutely top-tier. I especially want to highlight Meng once again for being such an outstanding guide. Seth, who also assisted us as a guide, was kind and helpful throughout, and Toch, our driver, deserves recognition for his smooth and safe driving. At no point did I feel uncomfortable or rushed. The whole ride was calm and easy. I have no regrets at all about choosing this bus instead of flying. It was a fantastic experience from beginning to end, and I would do it again without a second thought. Honestly, the journey didn’t feel long at all, which was definitely not the case on the way in with another company.
