Great comfortable bus. However the company did not confirm arrangements until o contacted 12 Go and this was less than 1 hour before pick-up time. Minibus was on time otherwise, but as we arrived into Hanoi they transferred us to a private car. As we were the only one we asked the driver to be dropped off near the hotel which he said yes too, but it did not happen. Also the company claimed this was because of road closures in Hanoi, which were not on that day. So poor excuse.

We booked the bus from Halong Bay to Hanoi. The voucher stated that we had to meet the bus at the meeting point in the International Harbour in Halong Bay and that we would be dropped off in the Old Quarter in Hanoi. Therefore we expected to have to get a cab for the short ride at either end to the meeting points. On the morning our booking, the driver rang to ask where we wanted picking up and we were subsequently collected from our hotel and dropped off at our hotel at the other end. This was excellent service and a pleasant surprise, especially considering the very low cost.
