Non of the power sockets were working. No instruction as to where to meet or go during the custom which was a bit confusing since there was directions to different platforms and you have no idea at which one would be the bus

the journey was great - no problems there. i found the pickup point OK, but the information that you supply, and that found on the 707 website, indicates that there is a kiosk at the pickup point for redeeming the pre-paid ticket for a boarding pass. this does not exist and the bus driver happily accepted the pre-paid ticket printout that i had, as the boarding pass.

It was difficult to find the meeting place. The voucher said to meet at the place one hour before, so I arrived one hour before. However, the local staff member said that it was too early and that 10 minutes before would be fine. The local staff member was very kind and let me wait in the waiting room. I was grateful. He then told me that my bus had arrived. I'm grateful for that.

Everything okay. Could have more explanation about the times and where to go while crossing borders. The air conditioning was too high (too cold).

Despite leaving the first station in Malacca 10 minutes earlier, we arrived in Singapore over an hour later than expected even though there was no traffic and no delays for any passengers through immigration (we were the last to board after immigration and we had no hold ups or delays). The buses were comfortable, you change bus after disembarking for Malaysian customs and immigration.
