Trip from Ho Chi Minh City to Phan Thiet. It was my first experience with a sleeping bus and it was absolutely amazing — super comfortable, with air-conditioning, and honestly I even wished the ride was longer 😄 The driver even dropped me off right at my hotel, which I didn’t expect, so it was a really nice surprise. I was more than satisfied!

It seems it would bé perfect as the bus should pick-up at airport Saïgon and bring me to Mui Né Resort Hotel. In fact they ask me to go to another terminal 2 (l was in 1) and call grab to bring me to the bus station that they paid... And driver of the bus wait me. It would have be easier to tell me since beginning to call grab from terminal 1 and go to bus station...

Operator extremely rude and cigarette smoking should not be allowed on the buses. There’s kids on the bus and several people who are allergic to cigarette smoke, including myself this made for a very unpleasant experience

The customer service in the office was good and helpful. The driver wasn’t very nice. He almost forgot a girl at an intermediate station so we have to call him to stop the bus. The bus was 1 hour late and we were the last to drop out and the driver was very irritated and hurried us to get out of the bus even if he was to blame
