Perfect service! Nam did an amazing job. None of the transports were busy so everyone has space. Bus to the speed boat, speedboat was ready and left straight away. Then a different coach waiting for us when we got off to Hanoi. All passengers dropped as close to accommodation in Hanoi as possible.

Excellent trip with Levi ! Pick up service included and instructions were clear. Car was clean and a bottle of water was offered during the trip. We also took the cablecar option (which costs a little more) instead of speedboat : magnificent view on mountains and sea, totally worth the money if the weather is good !
