Unexpected door to door service. Picked up at our hotel in Cat Ba and dropped reasonably close to hotel in Hanoi. Limo was very comfortable and rude was extremely fast.

Start of our trip from Catba to Hanoi was set at 5 pm from our hotel. However, at 3.30 the driver wrote me that he would take us at 4, and we should go to their office. I wrote to EasyGo hotline, and they confirmed that the start must be at 4 due to a change in ferry schedule. As a result, we went without lunch, because had just returned from a bike trip. The driver pushed us to be ready at 4, but came only at 4.20. Then we reached Ben Beo harbour, stayed there for some time, and then drove near our hotel once again, almost at 5! So, the words about ferry schedule were lie. After all, we travelled to Hanoi on a cramped bus, and the driver drove us past our hotel.
