Bangkok to Phuket Destination Reviews

S
All in all a good experience. We would book the trip again. The departure was on time but the arrival was delayed due to traffic. The bus was spacious, clean and not as cold as expected. We also got some snacks and drinks.

The seats were broken, and if the person in front reclined fully, you had to do the same or you’d have no space at all. The air conditioning blasted directly onto your head — freezing cold. You get water, a cookie, and a blanket, and there’s a 20-minute stop around midnight for food and toilets. But nobody spoke English or explained that the meal was included in the ticket, so we missed it. Twenty minutes is way too short for a 15–16 hour trip. The bus also stopped many times for local passengers to pick up food or something. Overall, it was just okay

We departed late the driver wasn’t on time, it took around 15 Hours to get to my destination. When the ride was 11 hours / 12 max … it took 4+ extra hours to get there. And my bags were very dirty from being stored poorly on the bus storage unit :(

The journey was great, the seats are very confortable, we were almost on time. However, the staff don’t talk to us, don’t explain anything, when we will eat, if they are toilets, why we stop, etc… We stopped to eat very late too!

The communication was good, I arrived a bit late but they waited for me. In terms of the bus, far from VIP, dirty, TV not working, and a terrible smell coming from the toilet. I couldn’t choose my seat, not even during the booking. The seats are basically comfortable, we almost lay down, so, I had a decent sleep. They provide a water and a small cake. We stoped once to eat, many Thai options but basically soup and some heavy meat, not even a fried rice. Was the most expensive ticket, didn’t worth it, but we arrive on time in Phuket.
