1h delayed, 2 buses combine in 1; 19.30 pm bus cancelled, no explications at all ( rush hour, traffic, bla bla bla) the other companies runned very well. Driver drived too fast put us in danger, horning at any moment to other drivers ( we were in seat 1&2 so saw eveything) Last time ill travel with them.

I took the tockets out of the page, but the QR didn't work and at the station I had to talk to the workers so I could access the platform.

Great company and driver, would definitely book again! Proactive and informative messages ahead of the ride. The driver was very pleasant, organized a break really well, handled luggage responsibly and in general delivered us to the airport feeling happy and relaxed.

Faster than some "executive" buses of other companies! 😅 Also, we left and arrived exactly on time.

Bus left the station at 320 ish (scheduled to leave at 230. Then we arrived in KL around 830 (Scheduled to arrive at like 430 ish). Whilst the traffic on the journey wasn’t the operators fault, the significant delay to begin the journey was. However, there was nothing wrong with the bus itself. And whilst the seat was a bit dirty, I guess that’s what you get with such a cheap fare.
