Sleeper Ship not as advertised, hard mats on the floor, all crammed next ro each other. No blanket. At least the people were all very nice and it was quiet during the night. Toilet as expected, average cleanliness. The bus pickup worked well but no information on the ride or schedule. They tried ro sell us an extra private ride directly to the hotel as it was 2km feom the bus stop. They would not let us know the drop off point to try to sell us the extra service All vehicles were on time.

Excellent, we travelled from koh phangan to khao sok. The boat and both buses were on time. Everything was organised really well. The boat was nice, big and couldn’t get motion sickness because it was actually a ferry. The first bus was nice with good AC. Then the minivan was also really good, the driver drove very well. I was scared because I can get motion sickness easily but it was not the case. Totally recommend!

In all, everything was well organized. What I did not like was that in Surat Tani they offered everyone transportation to the different hotels for more than twice the price you have to pay to the Taxi Driver at the final Destination. Only after they talked to every passenger the Minibusses started.

The ferry from Kho Pha-Ngan to the mainland was okay. But the way we where treated by the people that have to tell us which minivan we had to take where yelling and not friendly at al. We had the same experience at the stopover in Surat Thani. The lady at the restaurant in front of the office was really not nice. It’s a shame how she behaved against traveler’s.

The space in trip to Khao Sok was a bit tight, because the luggage has to be in front of your feet because the lack of space. But the tourgude was very nice and positive. Great experience.

All was okey only driver from Surat Thani to Khao Sok had 3 songs in radio and all route music was loud. In addiction his mobile was calling all the time and he was talking almost all the time with that loud music... He couldn't find our hotel, I had to give him my google maps... After 2 hours trip as passanger I was more tired than after all day activity outside.

The wrong boarding point aswell as the wrong ferry were stated on the ticket. In the end everything worked out and i arrived on time.
