Overall, the car and driver are okay, but they do not provide a tax invoice for the total amount I have to pay. I paid 1466 for this ticket, but neither the ticket agency nor the bus company gave me a tax invoice. 12go, which is the ticket agency, told me that they would give me a tax invoice for their service only, which was 373.51 THB, and Travel Bus Asia told me that I needed to ask 12go as the agent for selling this ticket. I am very disappointed in this, as they push the burden onto the customer and are not responsible for their job. I recommend everyone book directly with the bus company and maybe a different bus ticket agency that pays more attention to customer needs. After going back and forth, the bus company provided me with a tax invoice for the remaining amount, but 12go is still in process, and I don't know when I will get a tax invoice. Red mark for 12go!

Checked in over an hour early, they weigh you luggage then sit it outside until the bus arrives. went smoothly, fans inside made the waiting bearable. (limited seating inside) glad we checked in early because an hour before departure it was so packed and chaos… Bus was pretty dirty on surfaces (lingering smell of toilet- sat upfront and was not noticeable) seats were very comfortable and we were able to get good sleep. Wait an hour for ferry, ferry boarding went smoothly- comfortable seats, clean toilets, fans. Delayed arrival due to ferry stopping at another island with no notice?… Staff could be more clear at times, overall good experience.

I really liked how well organized everything was without big delays. I found the seats not really comfortable to sleep, because I have a little longer legs. Still I'm glad I got to Koh Tao for that price.
