Our schedule was severely delayed, and we only managed to return to Singapore very late because the service was not on time. Please take note that I still had to report to work early the next day. We arrived home at 3:30 AM, when the expected time of arrival was only 11:45 PM. This caused us great inconvenience, fatigue, and stress. Due to this very poor experience, we will not be using your service again. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve your service to avoid similar situations in the future.

Dear , your driver left all of us - 9 people at check point of singapore. They didnt wait and we end up paying 15 dollar per person to another bus company to drop us in the city. So total its 135 dollar Singapore we paid to another extra.

The transfer is highly recommended. The journey went smoothly, the driver was friendly, the seats were comfortable, and we arrived on time. Only the check-in at the kiosk didn't go quite as smoothly. I arrived early and didn't receive another ticket with the bus number.

The estimated times are terrible. The bus had as good a run as can be little traffic, not too long at the border control, left on time, yet was still 3 hours after the expected time. Just please be realistic. Bus was comfortable and the driver was pleasant.
