When we arrived there was no cars available and they couldn’t find our booking, it was in the period of Khmer new year so we understood and waited however there was a lot of waiting around to locate drivers as we had to change car and drivers twice on our journey. One of the cars also had lots of flies and there was even a cockroach in the car.

There was no bathroom in the bus and they stopped in the middle of the road for us to use the bathroom. They should have pee breaks where people can go and use a decent bathroom.

Journey was fine but sleeping arrangements were ad a double bed which came as an unpleasant surprise. This wasn’t clear on the booking info. Aldo no windows on lower berths so I felt claustrophobic smooth journey and on time though.
