Aimee CThere was absolutely no information provided about the trip. The bus was 45 minutes late, the pickup spot was very remote and the bus only took us as far as Phnom Penh. We were then told to get off and wait. We were not told what it was we were waiting for. 12go did not provide us with any information about a connection or where we would be getting the ferry from. We were then told we had to pay another $15 for another bus. Otherwise we would have been left stranded in phnom penh at 5am because of the lack of communication from yourselves and the company. We also had to pay even MORE money for the ferry once we finally made it to the pier. This is not to mention the money spent on tuk tuks between stops. Considering we payed almost £40 each for what was advertised as a full trip from Battambang to koh rong, this is utterly unacceptable. To be honest i expect a total refund for the trip. I am extremely disappointed with the service we received.

Elsa We had the absolute best experience with this transport company in Cambodia! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized, on time, and incredibly smooth. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the entire transfer felt safe and stress-free.
What truly made the experience unforgettable, though, was the kindness of the Cambodian people. The employees of the company and as well the driver was so friendly, polite, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and that everything’s worked out . The warmth and hospitality we experienced were beyond anything we’ve had with other transfer companies.
Cambodian people are truly some of the nicest we’ve ever met. This wasn’t just transportation it was a beautiful introduction to the country’s kindness and heart.

Garth AJourney takes at least six hours, not four as listed in the description. Boat departed 8am, later than suggested in the itinerary. Boat pier is at least 15-minutes south of city center by tuk tuk.

Laurent MMy GPS (Google maps) struggle a little bit to find the location but get my nearby so I found it. No problem at all. We leave 17 minutes late, but we arrived 30 minutes early, so that's perfect, the driver is very kind and the bus nice.

Jonas JThe operator let us wait for 1,5h in the boat because we had to wait for two more passengers. How does that make sense making 10 customers who needed to wait unhappy, only to make two customers happy?
The boat engine is extremely loud don’t forget your headphones.
The trip takes approx. 6 hours not 4.5h as described.
