Staff were rude, we only stopped once for bathroom break and it was over 4 hours into the trip, staff were rude, the driver was so bad hitting the breaks abruptly and swerving. Also staff were so rude.

Pros: you can very easily spot the bus. A unique experience for sure! It stopped twice on the 7-8hr journey for a good amount of time for food/toilet. Reasonably comfortable and good length to stretch legs out, plus privacy curtains. Cons: we arrived about an hour late. Air con wasn’t very strong - only one outlet for 2 people in a cabin.

The bus was an older version of the photos. Bus from Hanoi to Sapa was great, however this return bus was run down and had multiple broken parts for each “bed”. The driver was also quite scary & I did feed this back to the company. Overall was ok. Positive: Bus was on time
