Blanket and cushion was dirty and unsealed. My friend left her cell phone on the bus, so we contacted G8 office immediately, they read my message but no answer after 2 days. I bought insurance and advanced customer service option, WHICH WAS USELESS. Never buy this option.

Was a good transport, but I am confused because they made me meet at a location to be picked up for the van, but they picked up everyone else from their hotel and even passed by mine to pick up someone. The driver on the way out of Sapa hit a motorbike in traffic, but kept moving along. Then, when we stopped for the second break, he followed closely behind the van in front that the toll gate didn’t have time to register and it came slamming down on the windscreen. I’m sitting in the front seat. Not a great experience. But we made it back to Hanoi.

The be honest the pick up was on time and the car was very nice. But the driver, he maybe was a nice guy, but he was on his phone playing a game all the time, even when putting our bags into the car and while driving. He was like 1 second looking on the road and 2 second on his phone playing the game while driving. We lost track all the time and drove wavy lines all the time so even other cars got angry about us because they could not pass. Arriving then was late.

Arrived on time. However I don’t enjoy being woken up for the toilet stop. I would suggest telling passengers the approx timings and leave it up to them to wake for the stop. We also hit a big pot hole which was worrying and caused the vehicle to stop.

Only two downsides. Beds are small even for a middle height. Starting from Sapa at 10pm arrives at 3,30 in Hanoi. So everyone keep in mind that you are going to need a hotel room for this night or you will end up alone in an empty town. Otherwise it’s a must try experience.
