12go use false pictures to advertise your trip. We had 7 hours in a bus with no toilet which stank of cigarette smoke - utterly vile. The air con was poor, the driver was extremely ignorant and refused toilet stops. The bus was filthy and grimy. We will never book anything via 12Go again. Horrendous experience, conned once, won't be conned again.

Excellent company. They called me before the trip, speak good English. Bus was comfortable and most of all arrived on time. Breaks were announced clearly and spaced nicely throughout the trip. First travel with absolutely no problems.

The bus was clean but the driver didn't stop for bathroom break. He did stop 30 minutes after we left sapa and 1 more stop 20 minutes before arriving at Hanoi. 5h30 without a break wich is crazy

The bus was good - modern and comfortable. Slightly later at the airport but they brought me to the international departure, what was not offered. One star less for zero communication - nothing worked - email, WhatsApp hotline, social media - the information on their website is different, I tried to contact them to find out what is correct. And never buy coffee at the place next to the office

First stop after 1 hour and the second only after 3 hours (1h 30 min before arrival). It does not make any sense.

Bus drivers are very rude. The WoFi and charging ports do not work. There is no information provided to passengers about rest stops.

It is just the shuttle bus service, i think can improve on telling the customer the location of the place, like my case in Sa Pa, i dont know which way should i go, because the location given is not appear in google map, and i never been told is to gather at the point just to hoop on into a shuttle van to get to the bus station, it was so confusing. And my bus was suppose to be 8am but the info given was 7am to be at the shuttle van location, and i dont know it is a shuttle van, i could have just straightaway go to the bus station. Make me 1 hour earlier to wake up just to get on a shuttle van and some of other passenger is not punctual. Please give option to customer or information nicely will do. Thankyou.

Pretty good experience bus was good and actually got us there early. But chaotic at pick up to be expected but they book you into specific seats so don’t expect it to be overbooked which is good.

Bus left on time, and arrived 15 min earlier. The bed is large enough, a bit small if you’re tall (I’m 1m76) but it’s okay. They gave us 2 pillows, a blanket, small water bottle and a wipe. Leaving Sapa was adventurous, the road is full of curves and you could feel it from the cabin 😅 but then with the straight roads it was better. My sister found a cockroach next to her, I didn’t , guess you just have to be lucky. I would recommend!
