The bus was started 45 Min earlier than what we were agree. We were asked to be at the pickup point One ore before otherwise we would have Lost the bus. We kindly asked a help because we misunderstood the pickup point and we than took an expensive taxi to reach the pickup point. But then the bus passed exatcly were we were before taking the taxi. The comunication was not goot and we Lost 1 hour and 20€. No problem, at the end we took the bus. The diving style Is very Dangerous. Overall ok but not more than this.

First of all, the bus arrived late — we know this is Vietnam and we hadn’t taken that into account. However, the main problems started once we were on board. There were far more passengers than the bus could safely carry (many Vietnamese passengers were sleeping in the corridor), which made it extremely difficult to get in and out of the bus. Secondly, the bus stopped constantly to load food boxes, and this happened throughout the entire trip. It was a night bus, yet it was absolutely impossible to sleep because they were making noise the whole time — talking loudly, banging things, and phones constantly ringing. Our bus arrived 1.5 hours late, and then they tried to drop us off very far from the location where the bus was supposed to stop. They gave no explanation and forced us to get off the bus. At that point, we complained strongly, and only then did they agree to take and pay a taxi for us to the correct drop-off point. Meanwhile, the bus driver spent the whole time laughing at us and insisting that there was “no noise,” which was extremely unprofessional.

Clean bus. Punctual and arrived at the destination on time. Supportive and funny conductor. I left my jacket on the bus and they kindly deposited it at their city office for me to collect it! Valuable in the jacket pocket was untouched!!

From ticket “class: vip limousine”. It misses detail “from 2000-s” - old, with non working features like sockets and usb ports. Driver is always acting as racer - overtaking write before blind turns - actually fun, if you have a death wish!

Where do I begin. First the pickup location was moved, okay. Then the bus showed up a little late and even though we were the first in line, other people got on first and we were told it was full and to wait an hour. After waiting for almost an hour and a half someone came and walked us to another bus (which was significantly worse) and we waited another hour for more people to show up. While we eventually made it, this bus stopped randomly to pick up or talk to random people on the street and we showed up over 2 hours later than expected.

We were the only passengers for half of the trip. For the other half there were 2 locals. We reserved a Cabin bus and were picked up by a limousine bus. This was ok as we were alone and could relax. There was 1 stop for lunch (we would have welcomed another stop before). The driver arrived 30 min before the departure and as we were the only passagers we could go immediately.

A very bumpy ride that might have been better sitting up. My daughter got so sick from the road and couldn’t stop throwing up. Was harsh. The time for the ride was 11:15. We got contacted by the office to ask where we were like 40 min. Before when we were hustling getting ready to get there. They were waiting for us and took off the moment we arrived although it was quit earlier than 11:15. Maybe they didn’t have enough passengers for one of the buses.
