Driver was terrible. On the phone for nearly the whole trip and came close to hitting other vehicles. He stopped at Lai Chou to pick up dry cleaning and wandered off for 25 minutes!! Did not tell us where he was going! Seat belt in back seat was stuck under seat. Asked to stop to fix. He indicated not to worry about it. I had to force him to pull over so I could access the it. Shit experience and scary.

The operator ask us if we want to go on time / change schedule. And they call us helping us. Its on time, driver driving so smooth that both of us can sleep nice inside the bus. So we got full 5 hours sleeping in bus 😅 omg definetely will use g8 sapa whenever we want go to sapa… extreme recommended. Just minor, its bit smelly inside the bus, but overall that not big deal.

Nothing in the bus worked no TV access charging ports didn't work. Driver left the bus on several times for 5 to 10 min at pickup points locking the door not allowing 2 people to have a quick cigarette while others boarded. He was rude and obnoxious. I own a bus company in Australia. I know what customers expect.The first driver wouldn't help with questions about the entertainment system or the charge ports. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. HK was more professional And accommodating to passengers.

Slightly bigger beds. This bus has usb and usb-c charging port but did not work. There was a small head rest. No pillow but a blanket but the AC was turned on too high for the night ride back. Overall pretty comfortable.
