This was a scam. There was no boat departing at 13:30, we lost our money and got scammed again in the port to not lose another day and had to pay three times the price so I am never again booking anything in this web. Also I have tried to contact with them and I am having no answear so far, the worst experience I have had with a company.

The boat was super on time at the pangbai harbor, good organisation for luggage and check in, shade before boarding and restaurant in case of delayed departure (we had 2 bigs and 2 smalls luggage, no issues with that there space enough for everyone). Seats were super confortable (leather or king of) free bottle water. Yes smelling a but fioul but it’s a short time and not that incommodante for us. For Calm sea prefere to go in the morning. Delayed arrival due to waiting before inter in the harbor but less 1 hour approximately but we were aware of that possibility nothing bad if you don’t plan anything directly. So in total lovely and secure trip I recommend this company.
