Vincent The Trip was very bad. The traffic in front of the port was so bad (they said over 2-3 hours) so we were forced to take a scooter. They took 100IDR each and the bags. It was a total scam but we had no other choice. Then the Ferry had a delay of over 1 hour and we had to wait in the room in front. The ride itself took over 1 hour longer then expected and we had to change the ferry in Gili. Overall we had a delay of 2,5 hours. The organisation was very bad and we stood very long on the pier in the sun because there was such a chaos. I would never take this boat again, in sum in would be cheaper and a lot less stress and time waste to take the plane. I do not recommend!!

The booking details said that there'd be snacks and water provided, but there were no snacks provided. Only a very small (220 ml) bottle of water.

Francisco MOverall a good service, safe driver and rapid speedboat. Although, it was not to pleasant to wait almost 2 hours at the agency to finally get to the boat (they were waiting for more people to come, probably to fill up the boat).
Also, it would be great if they can improve the communication with the customer (WhatsApp). Because, I didn't receive any confirmation or contact from the driver or the agency until the very end (10 min before they pick me up at the hotel).

Magdalena PThe route from Bali to Lombok: The office in Bali—the staff was very nice, very polite, very efficient. However, I really don’t like situations with a lack of clarity. I asked who would lead me from the office to the port, since I didn’t know the way. I was told in the office that the “service” would take care of me. However, it turned out that simply standing outside the office, the “service” looked like this: there were people, probably arranged with the office, who don’t work for that operator. They just grab your luggage and say they’ll help you, that they’ll lead you to the port. Otherwise, you just don’t know how to get to the port. So it’s either you go and search on your own, like some people did, or you just let yourself get “caught” by this so-called help, and then they’ll indeed take your luggage and lead you to the port. But I emphasize, these are not people who work for the operator. They are just ordinary people from the street. I’d understand if they were dressed in your shirts or with the operator’s name—okay. But these are people just from the street, arranged, who aren’t really a service, but simply begging to earn by leading you with your luggage. That’s one issue. As for the next: the journey itself was fine. Indeed, at the port, there are people who handle the crossing. During the crossing, the staff offered cookies and water, and provided a wet towel to freshen up. I have no complaints about this part. It was actually a very pleasant surprise, and everything was perfectly on time.

Lucy FReally friendly staff to welcome you at the office, a short walk to the pier at Padang Bai and the ferry left on time. The ferry is big and that makes the journey smooth, I didn't feel sick at all. Absolutely worth the extra money compared to the budget options if you are prone to seasickness. It's also great the luggage was stored inside so didn't get wet - this isn't true on every boat in the area.
