Lucy FReally friendly staff to welcome you at the office, a short walk to the pier at Padang Bai and the ferry left on time. The ferry is big and that makes the journey smooth, I didn't feel sick at all. Absolutely worth the extra money compared to the budget options if you are prone to seasickness. It's also great the luggage was stored inside so didn't get wet - this isn't true on every boat in the area.

Nastassja WWe started with a delay of half an hour but the trip was fine,the crew was nice, water to drink is for free, the luggage is at the top of the boat, noone tried to look in

Roland Airco did not work. Seats at window are to small. Be aware for bagage check-in staff that try to sell taxiservice for way to high rate.Rather use Grab, whk is operating at Lombok and Bali.

Emily BEfficient booking, check in and boarding process. Only arrived a few minutes after scheduled time. Pretty smooth journey - music selection was great on top deck but very loud!
