UNCLEAR STAFF told us to stay on the boat even when we specifically asked if the boat change was for our destination
WE WERE IN THAT BOAT FOR 7 HOURS
We had to go back all the way from Lombok to Bali just to go back to Lombok because THE STAFF WAS INCOMPETENT AND DIDNT CARE
OUR LUGGAGE WAS STRANDED without us and we had to get the hotel to help us pick it up.
People on the boat were rude and simple did not care about our situation.
LOUD MUSIC WAS PLAYED ALL THE WAY while the staff ate and smoked in the upper deck while there was people sea sick and puking inside the cabin.
DISGUTING CREW AND EXPERIENCE.

Anne GThe driver was more that half an hour late, so we needed to wait for the next ferry that only went to Gili T. There we needed to wait for 45 minutes for a speedboat. It was all very chaotic and stressful.

Jan-joost VWe had a stop at Gilli T and Gilli air, that was not mentioned. The trip was because of this one hour longer than were it was sold for.

The booking details said that there'd be snacks and water provided, but there were no snacks provided. Only a very small (220 ml) bottle of water.

Francisco MOverall a good service, safe driver and rapid speedboat. Although, it was not to pleasant to wait almost 2 hours at the agency to finally get to the boat (they were waiting for more people to come, probably to fill up the boat).
Also, it would be great if they can improve the communication with the customer (WhatsApp). Because, I didn't receive any confirmation or contact from the driver or the agency until the very end (10 min before they pick me up at the hotel).
