Not giving best rating, because the boat was slightly delayed. But most importantly they don't have a smaller boat to transfer you to the main boat so when boarding be from Nusa Lembongan be prepared to get wer up to upper thigh based on waves on that day. The rest was ok

- there is no road to their office, you have to carry or drag your big baggage through 150m of destroyed field road ! - if you ask them for the shuttle service from the hotel, they have no shame to ask you for 150 000 rp for 600m drive !!

The shuttle boat to the ferry left shore a few minutes early. Perhaps all passengers were checked in? I didn't love the mandatory lifevests, but i appreciate if they help people feel more safe. The crew was friendly .3852193495152E+24;

Transfer from Nusa Lembongan to Sanur and the staff were all very friendly and professional. The swell was very big when we left which made the departure a little nervous but the crew handled it well.
