I won't use Glory Fast Cruise again. They sold more tickets than seats as alot of them were broken so some passengers had to stand. At the destination, we waited on the boat an unacceptable amount of time while the staff organised another smaller boat the get us on the island. The process seemed very disorganised.

No complaints, relatively easy and straightforward check-in process, only the boarding in Sanur is quite chaotic. Boats left roughly on time, seats are a bit cramped, but otherwise fine, and the journey was pleasant enough.
