Clement My girlfriend is sea sick, that's why we decided to book a very early boat 8:15 on 12Go website with a big fast boat from Glory cruise company (from Nusa Lembongan to Sanur).
As requested by the voucher and emails, we arrived 1h prior to our boat (so 7:15).
When arriving we discovered that there was no employees arrived yet, and we rapidly learned that the 1st boat from this company is at 9:45 (1:30 later than what we booked).
There was no sea condition reasons to that as we saw lot's of Dcamel boats starting there trip at 8:30 / 9:00...
Even more, as we waited 2h in the sand, the boat wasn't ready to start at 9:45 because our "big fast boat" pictured on 12go website has been replaced with a smaller fast boat (maybe because we were not much customers).
We strated the trip at 10:05.
The rest of the trip was Ok (even if the trip was wavy, maybe because after 10 am and with a smaller boat).

Mark TIt is only a matter of time before someone gets seriously injured or dies on this boat. There really needs to be some sort of inspection to verify it's seaworthiness. Many of the guests felt very uncomfortable. At one point the engine cut out, everyone was very worried as there have been a number of boats that have sunk recently. It was extermely hot, only a couple of fans at the very front of the boat. I normally go with the flow however felt very worried about this boat.

Anders JWas able to change my boat from 13:00 to 11:00, that was nice. But be prepared to get wet feet in Nusa Lembongan, as the boat just backs onto the beach.

Pieter VThey took everything serious. Swimvests on, help with climbing on the boat, windows closed because of the water. There where ventilators, seat where good. Ride was steady.
