The driver stopped a couple times to pickup a friend. He was 45 minutes late arriving in KL. A passenger confronted the driver and the drivers friend about it and they were quite aggressive.

Not luxury travel by any means but a good trip overall. Bus seats did not recline and had no USB for charging phones but it was a fairly short ride from Malacca to Kuala Lumpur so we didn’t mind. Bus was also a few minutes late. This was not enough to pose any problems for us. Note that they don’t allow you to bring soft drinks on the bus -water only.
