I wanted to inform you and, above all, complain about the transport companies using so-called limousine vehicles.
First, I would like to point out that all of them arrived late, with a minimum delay of 35 minutes and some over an hour.
These delays are unacceptable.
I request compensation for these delays, and I'm lucky that I allowed more than 3 to 4 hours of extra time for my flights and other appointments.
Also, when you're sitting in the back of these minibuses, it's unbearable to travel in these conditions.
I expect to receive compensation from you.

Tommy PNo pillow. Forgot my food bag that the driver forced me to stow in front, even though it was all gifts that I did not intend to consume. No one helped me retrieve the bag. This made me mad.

Jessica VDidn't informed us ahead of time that pick-up at the hotel is not included. I sent a message thru their whatsapp number but it took time before they replied. The bus has a bad smell, there's uncollected trash on the cabin, the airconditioned is not working well – that makes me more uncomfortable. Lastly, upon reaching to the drop-off (114 Trần Nhật Duật) the staff are so rude!

Marie PDriver was pleasant until he got stressed and then was shouting on the phone to the hotel we couldn’t find. He wanted us(3 older 60 year old woman to get out the car with three 20kg suitcases and walk a couple of blocks In Hanoi, we refused as we had paid for a taxi to our hotel. The GPS told him the road was closed but it was actually open. He was raising his voice over the phone to the reception staff when they tried to explain how to access the front of the hotel. We got to the front door by car eventually and he never said good bye just got back in his car. I feel every one in Vietnam has been so welcoming and polite. This man didn’t seem to know the Vietnamese way as we have used your taxi service a few times and always been very happy.

Rosalie HI was tell, after I paid, that the bus was full. After many discussions, the staff found an acceptable solution. Everything went well but it was stressful at first time.

Julian KNo sleep, just being thrown around endlessly. To bottom cabin was a bit better. When asking for one the receptionist told us we have to pay the double cabin. After refusing and telling her the bottom cabins are the same size, because I've seen them, it was suddenly possible.
We took a bus washing break during the ride. I realized because a loud noise woke me up that I could not identify. It was high preassure water hitting my window and the rest of the bus. They do not understand that they are transporting sleeping humans.
We were an time on the departure, but we arrived an hour early. This was actually a problem, because our hotel wasdnot ready. Also it means the bus driver rushed the ride, which probably made the shaking of the bus even worse than it had to be.

Adrian MWe used the HK buslines service from Sapa to Hanoi. 12Go are an intermediary who send the booking request. As we booked the day before both times the HK bus lines service was actually fully booked and we were offered alternate times which was ok. Better to ask your accomodation provider to book if in Sapa as then HK buslines will pickup from hotel/hostel.
