Amber CBus arrived more than 1 hour late and sat at stand still for over an hour during the journey with no explanation or communication from staff. Cabins were too small and cold. There’s a reason why so cheap. Don’t do it.

Chadi MI had a very frustrating experience with this operator. My bus from Sapa to Hanoi left earlier than scheduled, yet the concierge acted like she was doing me a favor by finding me a seat on a bus that should have still been there.
Communication is non-existent. Despite agreeing with the driver to be dropped at the airport, he failed to inform me when we arrived and took me all the way to the city instead. The staff were rude and spoke no English, making it impossible to get help. I missed my drop-off and the service was unprofessional from start to finish. Avoid this company if you need a reliable schedule or basic communication.

Ashish SGreat support team, we had to change the destination and time and they were on to it. Kudos to the team. The driver Mr Nghia is an awesome driver, car was clean and tidy and he also provided us with water for every passenger, even paid 10,000 VND to the lady to let us use the toilet. Would definitely recommend.

Simona The bus was comfortable.two stars only for this. The driver drove really bad and too fast that I suffered for motion sickness. We arrived 1 h before the time, they kick us off the bus quickly and we had to wait outside in the cold weather.

Andy Changed pick up point without informing passengers. Lied tgat they had sent WhatsApp and email - six other passengers at same locatiom had same experience. Then when we managed to find out where the bus was actually leaving from the driver was impolite and grumpy.

The return trip between Hanoi and Sapa is well organised.
Our driver was an excellent navigator, friendly and helpful.

Jackson RLeft 1 hour earlier than scheduled. Gave us 13 minutes warning of the change. Not very convenient with 3 kids under 10 years old. Both Sao Viet depot's in Sapa and Hanoi dirty. Couldn't wait to get out of there.

Samantha BBooked the sleeper berth twice, to Sapa from Hanoi and back. Both times we left within ~15 minutes of the scheduled departure time. Both times the wifi did not work for the entire 7 hour journey. The bus stops once at a very overpriced rest area where you can buy some snacks and drinks. There is a mandatory ‘donation’ to use the toilet, but only for foreigners. Once when I was drinking water from the bottle provided by the bus company, the employee ripped open my curtain, startling me, and very aggressively said ‘no food!’. It was both unprofessional and rude. The berth itself is reasonably comfortable if you are under 5’9, but if you are taller you cannot fully lay down.

The Tv was not working.
It had a toilet but no toilet paper.
It was on time which was great.
Safe calm driver. Relaxed and comfortable.
The staff in the office as Sapa were rude and horrible.
The toilets in the office at Sapa were disgusting. Dirty. No toilet paper.
One of the staff was washing her socks in the sink where people wash their hands. Unhygienic.
