We didn't know the sleeper bus lower bunks would not have a window. This was very difficult for a day trip. We also didn't have USB-C ports for charging. Besides this, the bus was clean and quiet.

Excellent cabins and comfort - my only suggestion would be you don’t need to announce the bathroom break stops overnight on a sleeper bus so loudly. Woke me every time.

I would give 5 stars but the sleeper beds are not for people taller than 170 cm. Also a sitting option would be nice, not just lying down

The final destination is not 114 Tran Nhat Duat. The voucher that they emailed us is 110 Tran Nhat Duat. Eventually they changed to 16 Tran Nhat Duat on the spot. So many misunderstanding because nobody speaks English. We got yelled at when we did not got off at 16 Tran Nhat Duat because of some miscommunication. Not a good experience but the bus is comfortable.

The sleeper bus is clean. However, we left Sapa for Hanoi almost 30 minutes late. Then, I thought the bus will directly arrived in one place in Hanoi, but there were two stops where other passengers alighted. Also, it was indicated on the confirmation email that passengers can avail pick up from the hotel in Sapa within 3km radius. Yet, the agent I communicated with just said that I should go directly to their office in Sapa.

They said they sent me an email about my bus leaving 15 minutes early. Yet I was never sent the email. Meanwhile there was a bus leaving at my original time with only 3 people on it to the same place. Staff were rude, ripped my bag off my back. Taken many buses in Vietnam and none were even close to this bad.
