The bus left from Sapa to Hanoi 30-40 min late without any prior notice. Once we all gathered at the departure point, we were informed about delay. No one was replying on WhatsApp messages. We eventually left with the van for about 40min till we reached the bus. Driver was nice and polite even though he wasn’t speaking English. However, bus was very dirty, not cleaned after previous trip at all, used water bottles, used blankets and trash were left behind. Some seats were inoperative including the A/C vent.

I went from Hanoi to Sapa and later back. They were changing the times of departure both times. They let me know on the day of the departure few hours before I had to change arrangements. So that is not good. The trip itself was good but always on the hurry, it was said in the description that you can sleep till 6 am. But we arrived 5:20 and the bus driver has everyone up and off the bus in a hurry. Othervise the bus was clean it was showing that they care about the bus, it was tidy. The bus driver has safely brought us there , later back so that is good.

My experience was really great, due to my card problem i couldnt withdraw cash so i couldnt pay the hotel and board the bus,i called the hotline they arranged the next bus in sapa as well as in Hanoi.Seamless and immediate response didnt spol my trip and experience,i definately recommend using 12 go asia rather than other ones.
