The driver and the other staff needs to be more active and helpfull. As the people comes all around the world they get confused for the things which they dont understand so tje staff needs to be more helpfull. There was no water bottle in my cabin and the tv screen was not working as well. The food was not allowed not mentioned before. There is a toilet in the bus but was not mentioned on 12go site. The bus was really nice and clean and reached on time. Way better that train travel in my opinion and much cheaper.

Booking was no doubt seemless. I could connect with bus company with the contact details that were provided. Only thing is the transaction is in euro and not local currency causing higher fees and rates. My mistake entirely not to check that. Have another booking coming up soon. But i haven't been able to contact the service provider yet.
