Laura The bus was normal, I think a bit too small for such a long ride. The service was not the best. If the pick up place is almost 45 mins away from the city why not mention it in the ticket ? We were confused the whole time. Then the actual hour the bus leaves was not 00:30 like it said on the ticket we bought on 12Go, it was 01:35! So, that was also confusing. Then at the end of the ride my bag was full of some disgusting liquid ( perhaps this was not their fault but an accident) but it added to the poor experience of the trip. Would recommend only if you have no other options.

The information on the voucher was incorrect about arriving an hour early. We left on time on another bus to catch the sleeper just five minutes later…
The service was top-notch and they actually cared to help.
The bus was super clean and comfy. I remember the driver on the overhead system a lot for an overnight trip.
I would and did book this service provider again.
