Georgia TI had a great experience travelling with this company! As a first time traveller to Vietnam this was a very smooth experience. From the bus station attendants who were incredibly helpful, on time pick up by the van which then transferred us to the VIP bus, also with friendly attendants and driver. The sleeper cabins were super comfortable, and I was just able to stretch my legs out at 5'10" (taller passengers might struggle). USB charging ports, A/C, and cool lights. Happy I booked a day bus trip as it was a great was to take in the scenery. We stopped three times for bathroom breaks with the option to purchase convenience items at these stops too. Highly recommend taking all opportunities for bathroom breaks as the bus isn't going to make unscheduled stops for you! The only reason I have to knock off a start is the bus trip took closer to 9 hours than the predicted 6.5 hours. Keep this in mind when booking, but if you're flexible this shouldn't be an issue. I was happy to stay on the bus the extra time as it was so clean and comfortable. Would definitely travel with this company again!

Louise DThe vehicle was ok although not super clean. Driving was ok but We arrived with 2h delay - on a 7h drive (nothing special happened on the road). But the worst was maybe that our bag (and thus all our belongings) were soaked when we got them back.

Paulina Tall persons above 1.80cm don't fit. AC very cold. Blankets smell horrible, extremely strong parfume. First 2 hours went smoothly, after toilet brake different driver. Rode like maniac. People felt sick and tried to not fall out of bed. Could not sleep. So first part of trip was all right but second not.

Cuili XThe vehicle itself is great, the journey is great. What is not great is 12GO CANCELLING on my return trip and refunding a pathetic amount back to my card. I paid $76 for a refund trip and I got $18 back because the return trip didn’t happen.
So if I had booked another return trip, are you going to be charging another $56? Scam of a company shame on you.

Lots of stops for toilet and refreshments. Good and safe driver.
Only slight concern was the sleeper bed itself was a bit 'too narrow' for me, but I am plus foot and might be more than adequate for most!

Daniel LPerfectly reasonable trip. Not very much bed space for an above average height fella like myself but can't really complain. You get a pillow and a blanket but I would still recommend people take a jacket or something to keep yourself warm. On the particular bus I took they had crammed in a third row of bunk beds in the centre and made two very skinny aisles either side. If you're in the middle row, people walking up and down the aisle will brush against the curtain to your bed and move it open slightly which was a bit irritating.
Someone comes to wake you about 5 minutes before your stop and all the staff are friendly enough, they waste very little time.
