The bus is clean and doesn't smell. Once tickets are purchased, the team will connect with you via WhatsApp to confirm and address any issues. They offer drop offs from Da Lat office to hotel location, as long as within city centre. Very helpful team, and will definitely ride with An Anh again

The pick-up experience for first time riders no used to this type of service may be challenging. There's no information on the site to help. However, eventually a bus will stop to let you in. And from that moment on, everything works perfectly. The drivers like to speed the wheel (there's no such thing like a disk to record driving metrics I guess), which probably will make you arrive at the destination faster than expected. The vehicle is very comfortable for a long ride. I fit perfectly layed down. Also, on the arrival, they had a complementary bus service that drive os to our final destination for free! Great experience.

Highly recommend this bus service. The staff guided us from the beginning to the end. Before we boarded they kindly inform us about the few toilet stops as they have to avoid certain roads. They also ask our hotel address before we depart and send us to our hotel once we arrived in Da Lat. The bus is clean spacious and well equipped with charging port, tv, water, wet tissue and blanket. Honestly, you are missing out if you don’t book this bus service.

All fine. Seats were comfortable and bus left on time. We did arrive 1 hour earlier than planned. The driving in the last part was a bit rough to sleep with, but overall fine.

We got the bus from Ho Chi Minh to Da Lat, and we were really happy with the service. At the pick-up point the staff were helpful in letting us know which bus to get, and every bus that came in was the same standard which was great for its price. They also offered us free transport to our accommodation which 12Go didn’t advertise.

Bus was comfortable. It was a bit cold in there, so I recommend wearing a hoodie. Personal couldn’t really speak English. It was my first sleeper bus so I don’t have something to compare it to but I would book it again. Recommendation!!
