Eden SExtremely uncomfortable seats. False advertising with the size of the beds; they were three across instead of two across, and thus incredibly narrow. We were woken up multiple times throughout the night by loud announcements and the driver shouting, which defeats the whole point of being able to sleep on the night bus.

Our places at the back of the bus were the worst : Just above the rear wheels and on the top sleepers we felt all the bumps of the Road, impossible to sleep or even to relax or to find at least a confortable position. The communication with the employee of the bus company was dreadful, he doesn't speak, he yells at you. SO NO IT WAS NOT BAD IT WAS AWFUL !

Salmaan TArrived at the bus station and as I was exiting the taxi, one of the staff started screaming at me that I was late for the bus, he was so close to my face that his spit was hitting my face. Disgusting behaviour. It turns out I wasn’t late and this was the earlier bus. This would have been easily confirmed if he checked my ticket before screaming at me. Horrendous service!
The bus itself was clean and was comfortable. I barely slept. The driver was driving extremely fast and I was flying around my seat. Put me on major edge for the 7 hours.
Overall a pretty shit experience. Why do the bus drivers go so damn fast. It’s so dangerous!

However, 12Go confirmation said Ben xe Mien Dong not Ben xe Mien Dong MOI, the NEW bus station, which is where the bus left from. We went to the OLD bus station, as per the confirmation. Luckily the bus line runs a shuttle and they rescheduled us as we missed our booked bus by going to the wrong station. Make sure you confirm with the bus line which station you need.
