Kristin KWe took the bus from HCMC to Da Lat. The station in HCMC is 30-40min drive from District 1 where we were staying so keep that in mind. Check in and boarding was easy, the beds were more comfortable than I expected, and when we stopped for bathroom breaks they played an announcement in both Vietnamese and English! Only con is there is no toilet on board.

Robert GI would rate the bus itself and driver an "excellent" but the logistics to leave Ho Chi Minh a "poor" score. Unnecessary waits and transfers led to frustration. I could have just taken a grab to the final spot in Ho chi minh at like 8pm instead of start the journey at 5pm and wait at various locations.

Felix MThe bus was convenient and came on time. We arrived even a bit earlier, than expected.
The crew didn't speak english, but translated me some information (when the next stop came and how long it was).
But the best thing about this company is, that they provided free transfer to the accommodation in Da Lat, which came as a surprise for me. I really can recommend them👍.

Christoph PThe bed was perfect for me (1.70m tall), it would be a bit short of you're more than 1.80m. but there was a big long pillow to put under the knees.
The bus drive was smooth, not too much shaking. The driver was driving fast and overtaking sometimes (like everybody), but I never felt unsafe, in curves he slowed down.

Staff were normal..not nice not rude..just normal.
Bus was spaceous and clean. AC could be opened or closed. It was not hot neither cold and blanket was provided as well. Highly recomended.
