We were not able to take our original schedule but we were assigned to the next bus. To our surprise, we were the only passengers in the bus. It was smooth experience, the trip was indeed fast but safe. The driver is very skilled and professional. We were able to sleep during the trip and we didn't feel dizzy or unwell at all. Thank you so much for the great service.

The driver was very helpful, but the places that we stopped charged money to use the restroom and we smoke filled environments. We never got to.Fansipan. The driver dropped us off in SaPa and left us no alternative to getting to our location. We all felt stranded and laughed with an alternative, except to take care of our own situations.

Very noisy trip with a lot of announcements. Couldn’t slip at all, the same for my wife. Arrival at 4:30 instead of 5:00. Had to wait in the bus station before the hotel opening at 6:30.

The bus itself was comfortable and the ride was fine. However, the pick up point is incorrect and I only got messaged once I had already been dropped off so had to walk a bit of a way back with a heavy pack on. Number 16 not 114, there is a Sao Viet office there.
