Ines EWe left 2 hours late.. the company no longer works we were allocated to another company and the entire exchange was confusing and with a lack of information. We had to pay a tax at the port to board which we weren't expecting, boarding was chaotic with no order and to top it off we had a journey of more than 2 hours without air conditioning on the boat with a lot of people feeling sick in the extreme heat, the alternative was to come out and stand in the sun which was even worse. It was terrible I would like to have my money back as this was not the service I paid for.

Cara CMy driver was great and message me directly to make sure I got in the right car at the pier. He made it very clear that there were many scammers at the harbour, and to ignore them and go directly to his car. His name was Gede Tias and he was very kind! Thank you for getting me there safely! The taxi was late but that was only due to the traffic in Bali.

Audrey SMy overall experience was good. My driver from the port to my accommodation was fantastic (shout out Adhitya). He was there promptly and helped me avoid the taxi mafia which was much appreciated. I think it would be a good idea however for the company to warn travels of the scammers and risks at the port for a better overall experience.

Tommy GFerry was in bad shape, smelled also so much diesel all over that I got ill of it. Condition on boat was not good.
Also driver tried to scam by saying my luggage was 64 kg when it was 24kg and wanted extra money. Driver could have done more to stop his friends coming to the car and telling false information about the drive
