Violetta Very bad experience. The boat was 1 hour late, unsafe in big waves, and we were really afraid during the trip. The boat was dirty and smelled bad, which is unacceptable. Route: Gili Trawangan – Bali (Padang Bai). I do not recommend this company.

Lynn JThe boat I originally booked could not operate due to strong waves, so I was placed on a replacement boat. This boat had very limited space, which meant I had to sit on the upper deck. The journey also took about one hour longer than scheduled, and since there was no shade on the upper deck, I ended up with a severe sunburn.
Additionally, I was offered a transfer from the harbour to Canggu at a much lower price, so I cancelled the taxi I had already arranged. However, upon arrival at the harbour, I was informed that this transfer was actually a shuttle, with Canggu as the final stop, which would have taken around five hours. I did not agree to this, after which a private taxi was offered. While I fully expected to pay for a private transfer, the price turned out to be five times higher than the taxi I had initially booked.

Abril Boat left and arrived right on time! Very comfortable inside. Aircon and clean toilets. Check in process and boarding was smooth.
Only downside was getting the bags was a bit messy.

Alexander ferry late for 30 minutes for departure. It wasn't direct route.
Finally we have come 1,5 hours later than schedule.

Ines EWe left 2 hours late.. the company no longer works we were allocated to another company and the entire exchange was confusing and with a lack of information. We had to pay a tax at the port to board which we weren't expecting, boarding was chaotic with no order and to top it off we had a journey of more than 2 hours without air conditioning on the boat with a lot of people feeling sick in the extreme heat, the alternative was to come out and stand in the sun which was even worse. It was terrible I would like to have my money back as this was not the service I paid for.
