It seems the air conditioning isn't working properly because it was so hot inside that it was hard to breathe. What's more annoying is that the boat had several leaks, and you're dripping with water throughout the entire trip. 3 stars because the crew is attentive but could improve the experience if the boat were properly maintained.

The ferry departed late, and the embarking procedure was chaotic. When I bought the tickets, it didn´t say it had stops, but it did. Furthermore, at Panagbai we had to change boats. It took us more than 3 hours to get to Nusa Penida, without access to any beverages or food on board.
