Dirty bus, broken chairs, broken safety belt, broken window, stinky toilet and the bus driver burnt the gearbox so much it was smoky in the bus!

The coach crashed into a puck up truck. It wasn’t iur drivers fault but it did make us 2 hours late. Only given 3 stars because the communication with the passengers was so poor. Off the bus, then on rhe bus for 15 mins. Then off the bus. Then onto a rescue bus. This bus was clearly very old and had maybe been taken out if retirement

Es warbein alter Bus, kein Komfort z.B. ein Netz am Vordersitz, Toilette verdreckt, und der Bus machte unsägliche, quatschen Geräusche. Es waren 12Std., weil viele Zwischenstopps, ein Horrortrip. Lediglich das Personal war freundlich, sprach aber kein Wort Englisch

The car was comfortable and in time. The driver though seemed to be very tired as he nearly fell asleep during driving, neither a big Iced-coffee couldn‘t help. I needed to screem once as otherwise we surely would have had a crash into the car in front of us. And although at the beginning I said, I will sit at the front seat because I quickly get sick of curvy streets, he drove in a manner of accelerating quickly after curves and jumped into breakes hard before the curves…🤢 Few sensitivity for guests.

Overall, it was good experience. Pros: comfortable bus. They gave water bottle and a refreshing wipe. I got my preferred seat by booking online. Cons: The bus's stopover wasn't that great. Pay per use toilet was there. Booking via 12go or any online platform is about 50% more expensive. I paid TBH 350 (economy class) for the ticket that was available for TBH 200 over the bus terminal counter. I knew it before but still went for online booking because it was peak season (December) and I couldn't risk not getting the bus at a particular day and time.
